FreeIn partnership with our friends Lu & Chris Yoder, we are excited to be collaborating to bring you a Farmers Sewing Workshop, Sunday, March 23rd from 10am – 4pm in Westport MA.

Please Park at the “Westport Council On Aging” parking lot and walk up the street
Farmers can bring clothes, banners, ez-up tents, tarps, boots, gloves, or other sewing projects to mend. There is a fleet of industrial sewing machines to help us with the mending tasks. In the past Lu & Chris have also done sock darning, and CNC embroidery patch making.
Bring extra smaller projects to work on throughout the day to keep your hands busy if the machines are busy.

***Like many organizations and farmers around the country, the Young Farmer Network has been affected by the federal freeze and has been shifting our schedule this year to reflect our funding. This being said, we would love to continue to help Lu out with the cost of supply’s and his time! We’ll have a donation jar at the event + an option to Venmo if you are able to contribute to running this workshop/skillshare. Thank you!
