Farmer Bill Braun from the Ivory Silo Farm in Westport, MA has been successful in selling his produce to several award-winning restaurants in MA including Cafe DuPay and Guilia Restaurants in Cambridge and Little Moss Restaurant in South Dartmouth. Bill is gracious enough to share his insights and advice with other farmers on how they too can diversify their business through this wholesale channel.
