Salt Marsh Farm is a craft kombucha brewery in Dartmouth MA. I make small batch kombucha with farm fresh ingredients I grow myself or purchase from local farms as much as possible. I’m looking for a responsible, enthusiastic farmers market associate this summer to manage the kombucha table at a Saturday farmers market. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a part-time seasonal position. The world of farmers markets is a lively culture that is a fun place to learn about local products and share kombucha.

Requirements

  • Available every Saturday for the entire summer season from 7am until 2pm June – Oct. 
  • Able to:
    • Drive and have your own vehicle
    • Lift and carry 50lb
    • Responsibly handle money
  • Friendly, knowledgeable face of the business
  • Reliable & responsible

Responsibilities

  • Pick up supplies and travel to location for each market
  • Set up table before and take down after market
  • Engage with customers at the market, including answering questions and being a knowledgeable resource on the business, kombucha, and fermentation 
  • Sell kombucha
  • Responsibly handle money
  • Track sales
  • Return & organize supplies at the end of the market

Compensation

$15/hr
