Hello SE Massachusetts Farmers,

SEMAP is launching a SE Mass Farm Passport Program this season to help drive more visitors to local farms and farmstands.

The idea is simple: we’ll create a printed Farm Passport brochure and map featuring participating farms across Southeastern Massachusetts. Visitors collect stamps as they travel from farm to farm, discovering local food along the way. The goal is straightforward: get more people out exploring farms and buying local products.

The program will run June through November. Here’s how it works for farms:

  • Your farm will be listed on the passport map and brochure
  • SEMAP provides a custom stamp with your farm’s name, brochures, and small signage
  • Visitors self-stamp their passport when they stop by
  • No extra staffing or work required, just more people discovering your farm

Participants are encouraged to purchase goods and experiences from each of the farms they visit, although purchases are not required for winning prizes. Once a “passport” is completed with stamps from each of the farms visited, participants can fill out the entry form, mail it in to SEMAP and enter to win a prize. Participants who visit at least 50% of the farms receive a tote bag, and those who complete the full passport are entered to win a $100 gift certificate to a participating farm.

If you’d like your farm included in the 2026 SE Mass Farm Passport, please contact Brad at bfesmire@semaponline.org by March 31, 2026.

We’re excited to get more people out visiting and shopping at farms across the region!
