We are looking for a full or part time worker, 25-40 hours per week, to grow, harvest and pack greens, herbs, flowers and vegetables at a small certified organic farm. Eva’s Garden has supplied Boston and Providence chefs as well as Whole Foods Markets for over 40 years. The farm is 70 miles south of Boston in coastal Dartmouth MA.
The position will be available May 1- Oct. 1, with possibilities to expand the time, skills, and responsibilities. Applicants should be in good physical condition and able to do repetitive manual work outdoors in any weather. Farm experience is a plus but not required. We are hard-working yet easy going and expect the same from qualified applicants.
Pay will be based on experience, productivity, reliability. It can increase as skills increase. ($13-$16/hrDOE)
