After 8 years from the start of the Southeastern New England Fibershed, we are hosting an official convening on November 7th, 9am-4pm for members and collaborators to come together and share hopes, dreams, and ideas for the next steps of this Fibershed community. This will be a great opportunity for us to gather, meet each other face to face, and talk about how we want to create an intentional community that serves our members. We will hear from other Fibershed directors on their structures, projects, and communities, and hold discussions about how we want to structure our Fibershed, what projects we want to take on, and what we want to work towards. Ocean Hour Farm is thrilled to collaborate with SENEF to host this day-long gathering. A farm-to-table breakfast and lunch will be provided at no cost.
