1st Annual Farm Coast Art & Garden Ramble

June 17, 2023 @ 10:00 am - 3:00 pm

Join Tiverton Farmers’ Market Saturday, June 17th from 10am – 3pm in the Historic Tiverton Four Corners area for a curated outdoor Art & Garden event. Find such things as pottery, block printing, photography, paintings, metal works, sculpture, bird baths & misters, select clothing, kitchen goods, textiles, linens, jewelry, herbals and a book mobile. Live music with The Virginia James Band. Free and open to the public with plenty of parking.

Also offered are two free workshops by local herbalists Nico Lebreux and Jenny Lee.

Herbalism for Self Care with Nicole Lebreux – 11:00am
You are a multidimensional being that needs + deserves deep self care. In this class we will explore ways to nourish + support your spiritual, emotional, intellectual, and physical selves through simple herbalism practices that are sustainable and available to all. Learn about nourishing tonic herbal infusions, smoke clearing, and herbal body oiling and how to incorporate them into your day to live your most vibrant, restorative, and pleasure filled life! Nico Lebreux is a mom, community herbalist, yoga teacher, meditation guide, and self care mentor who lives in Rhode Island on sovereign Wampanoag land. She specializes in teaching people how to deeply connect with all parts of themselves + the living world around them through simple techniques that are available to all. In her offerings there are no expectations and no judgments. She holds space for her students to strengthen their intuition, commune with the earth, and connect with source energy whatever that looks like and feels like for them. Meet at the Tiverton Farmers Market table and join Nico out on the lawn. Workshop is free and open to the public.

Spring & Summer Tonic Vinegars with Jenny Lee – 12:00pm
Vinegar tonics, like Fire Cider are a popular way to get more vitamins and minerals and support a healthy gut microbiome. Learn how to make your own? Join Jenny Lee of Common Root
Botanicals to learn how to make a spring and summer tonic vinegar! This demonstration will focus on abundant spring herbs like stinging nettle and dandelion along with other plants you can get at the supermarket or grow yourself. Bring your curiosity and questions! Meet at the Tiverton Farmers Market table and join Jenny Lee. Workshop is free and open to the public.
