41st Annual UMass Community Tree Conference: Challenges and Opportunities for 2020: What’s New in Arboriculture & Urban Forestry?

Event location: Stockbridge Hall
This one-day conference is designed for tree care professionals, volunteers, and enthusiasts including arborists, tree wardens, urban foresters, foresters, landscape architects and shade tree committee members. This year’s conference will present updates on safety (ANSI Z133 revision), pest management, research, and i-Tree as well as managing invasives in Springfield.
Sponsored by UMass Extension in cooperation with the UMass Dept. of Environmental Conservation, the Massachusetts Department of Conservation and Recreation and the USDA Forest Service Urban Natural Resources Institute.

2 pesticide contact hours for categories 29, 35, 36, and Applicators License.
Association credits: 4 (cat 1) & 1 (cat 2) CFE, 5 ISA, 4.5 SAF, .75 CTSP, 1 MCH, 1 MCA (safety), 2 MCA (education), and 2 MCLP.
Registration
Cost is $95 for first registration, $75/person for each additional registration from the same company.
