Frogfoot Community Farm:
A farm to food relief partnership to grow, farm, and rescue food for neighbors in need across Southeastern, MA
Thanks to a new partnership with A.D. Makepeace Company (ADM), the Marion Institute will plan, develop, and manage a Farm to Food Relief Program on ADM property located at the Wareham/Plymouth line. The shared purpose of Frogfoot Farm is to increase the availability of nutritious, local food for area food relief programs by growing food at Frogfoot and gleaning fresh produce from farms across our region. The Marion Institute and ADM cannot do this important work alone. We invite you to partner with us and make Frogfoot your community farm too.
ADM has committed the land, soil improvements, and irrigation to support this work. The Marion Institute is actively fundraising to support all other costs associated to launch and run the farm. We appreciate your financial contribution to support our neighbors in need.
