Creating Cash Flow Projections

Join Julia Shanks Food Consulting for a live webinar on how to manage cash flow. We will cover two aspects: creating annual cash flow projections and day-to-day management. First, we will work through creating a yearly cash flow projection using historical data to lay-out cash needs on a monthly basis. We will then discuss how to manage cash on a weekly basis to make sure you don’t bounce checks.
Participants in this webinar will be able to ask questions live. At the end of the session, you will receive a dynamic cash flow excel template to help with your own projections.
