What’s all the buzz about kombucha? A fermented tea served cold, kombucha is one more way that nature can sweeten up your life. Come learn all about this natural and delicious drink with Independent Fermentations’ Linda Davey. You’ll learn the basic steps to brew your own kombucha at home and get to try three different IndieFerm kombuchas. Supplies to get started will be available for purchase – SCOBY, Starter Tea (green and black), 1-gallon jars, and instructions.
