Round The Bend Open Farm Day – October

Fall is a very special time, and everyone on the farm is trying to get the most out of the shortened daylight hours. Cabbage and carrots are in the ground; pumpkins and squash have all been harvested; onions and garlic are stored for the winter; and our kitchen crew is continuing to preserve things like blackberry jam and peppers.

Round The Bend Farm’s October Open Farm Day is right around the corner, on Saturday, October 15th from 10am- 2pm. We will be featuring a FREE workshop led by Elizabeth James-Perry, an Aquinnah Wampanoag artist, who will be teaching cornhusk weaving using naturally dyed cornhusks. In addition, we will be offering hay rides this month, at 10:30am and 12:30pm. If you would like to shop early and pick up your items at OFD, RTB’s website shop is officially OPEN! All online orders must be made by Thursday, October 13th at Midnight and can be picked up on Saturday, October 15th between 10am- 2pm.
