SEMAP Storage Crops Twilight Workshop

Storage crops are an essential part of a four-season farm. We’ll take a walk through the vegetable fields at Freedom Food Farm and look at some of their production methods for storage crops. We’ll also tour their crop storage areas and winter wash station. Storage varieties, harvest tips, and different storage methods and conditions for different crops will be additional topics covered in this workshop.
