Four Corners Gallery is delighted to present Art in Bloom, a special collaborative exhibition in partnership with the Sogkonate Garden Club that celebrates the connection between visual art and floral design.
Inspired by the beloved "Art in Bloom" tradition featured at museums and galleries across the country, Four Corners Gallery invited members of the Sogkonate Garden Club to interpret selected works of art through original floral arrangements.
Garden club members have each selected a piece of artwork that inspires them. Drawing from the artwork's colors, textures, brushstrokes, mood, and emotional resonance, each participant will create a floral interpretation reflecting their personal response to the piece.
The floral arrangements will debut at the Art in Bloom Reception. The evening will feature music, light refreshments, and an opportunity for guests to meet participating artists and garden club members while experiencing the dialogue between art and nature.
