CRAFT Tour: Orchard, Autumn Hills

Description: We are planning a walking tour of the orchard where we will discuss the wide variety of
fruit we grow. We will provide an overview of our vision and goals for the orchard, as
well as, an overview of our business model. We will discuss the Pros and Cons of
running a Pick-Your-Own (PYO) business.
We will provide a seasonal overview of the work required to maintain the orchard and
highlight issues that we keep a close eye on including wildlife, weather, etc.. We will
also provide an overview of how we utilize Integrated Pest Management (IPM) best
practices to farm and grow fruit in the most sustainable way possible.
We hope the tour will be interactive and we hope for many questions.
