The 2023 NOFA Summer Conference will take place online from July 24-27, and online and in person at Worcester State University on July 28-29.
On Friday, July 28, the in-person portion of the conference will kick off in the evening, with dinner and salsa dancing for a good cause, and then on Saturday, July 29, the event will be in person and online all day, featuring workshops, caucus groups, a fair, and opportunities for networking and community!
The conference will address some of your favorite agricultural topics, like:
- Soil health
- Livestock/produce integration
- Fair prices and wages
- Adapting for climate change
- Low-input systems
- Food access
- Pollinator and ecosystem health
- Organic transitions
- and so much more!
This year’s conference theme is “Buen Vivir: Celebrating Harmony with Nature and our Communities”
Programming for Children:
While you attend the adult conference programming, kids have an opportunity to spend the day in their own conference! Children will experience a variety of games, activities, and workshops, and learn about topics that we love at NOFA, such as pollinators, microbes, and good, healthy food.
Once again we are offering a sliding-scale registration fee structure to encourage everyone who is interested in organic agriculture and sustainable food systems to join us, regardless of financial capacity.
