The “trail to table” lunch will incorporate some of the plants that will be identified and tasted during an herb walk at Slocum’s River Reserve preceding the luncheon. Brendan will also talk about using western herbs as well as dietary and lifestyle suggestions to treat the numerous symptoms associated with inflammatory diseases such as Lyme disease. Package price includes a ticket for the “Walk & Talk” and a signed copy of Brendan Kelly’s book, “The Yin and Yang of Climate Crisis.” Online tickets are only being sold as a package at this time.
