“Trail to Table”: A Local Exploration of Eco-Herbal Cuisine, Hosted by Herbalist Brendan Kelly & Chef Edward Roszak of How on Earth

Join Brendan Kelly, herbalist and author of “The Yin and Yang of Climate Crisis,” at a sustainable, locally-sourced luncheon, expertly prepared by Chef Edward Roszak of the locavore culinary haven, How on Earth, located in Mattapoisett, MA. The “trail to table” lunch will incorporate some of the plants that will be identified and tasted during an herb walk at Slocum’s River Reserve preceding the luncheon. Brendan will also talk about using western herbs as well as dietary and lifestyle suggestions to treat the numerous symptoms associated with inflammatory diseases such as Lyme disease. Package price includes a ticket for the “Walk & Talk” and a signed copy of Brendan Kelly’s book, “The Yin and Yang of Climate Crisis.” Online tickets are only being sold as a package at this time.
