Thank you for making our 3rd annual Farm to Tapas event a huge success!
SEMAP and The Livestock Institute of Southern New England (TLI) hosted a twist on the traditional farm to table dinner, our 3rd Annual Farm to Tapas. Over a dozen local restaurants and caterers (all sourcing local ingredients, of course) prepared their own tapas station. Guests were able to sample gourmet local food items from each station for no additional cost. The complimentary local beer, wine, and cocktails were also a huge hit!
