HIP Technical Design Listening Session

DTA is in the early stages of converting systems to a new EBT processor following a public procurement process. This is an extensive process that extends beyond HIP; however, HIP’s technical needs are being discussed with the new vendor in the design discussions. They want to hear from you on these and any other priorities related to the technical design of HIP that you may want to share with us. For translation/interpretation services, please submit your request to Rebecca.Davidson@mass.gov by January 11th. Requests made after January 11th will be considered but may not be possible to fill.
