Join other local growers and food buyers to meet new faces, build relationships, and discuss all things agriculture and food. Talk about your business, find new business mentors & partners, and learn best practices to help grow your farm business or food establishment.
We will be providing refreshments, arranging for a short talk by a speaker at each meeting, and providing a bit of information about the programs we run that might help you and your business (check out some of them below). SEMAP Beginning Farmer Program
If you are a Beginning Farmer in Bristol, Plymouth, or Norfolk Counties of Massachusetts, SEMAP wants to know! A “Beginning Farmer” is defined as a farmer, rancher, or operator of non-industrial private forestland who is in the first ten years of operation, or a person intending or aspiring to begin such an operation.
