Cheesey Mashed Potatoes

5 lbs. potato

2 – 8oz. cream cheese (room temp)

1/4 tsp salt

2 – tbl butter

1 –  8oz. sour cream (room temp)

2 – tsp onion/garlic salt

1/4 tsp pepper

paprika (optional)

Mash potatoes – add the remaining ingredients and mash. Butter bottom and sides of corning ware. add potatoes. Put pads of butter on top of potatoes. Sprinkle with paprika.

 

Bake 1 hour uncovered at 350 degrees
