Cross Street Flower Farm is a 7-acre flower farm in Norwell, MA at the historic Jacobs Farm. We are located 30 minutes south of Boston and 5 miles from the ocean. Started in 2015, we have a 150-member flower CSA, sell wholesale to florists, one farmer’s market and a limited number of weddings and on-farm events. We are also going to grow a small selection of vegetables for our farm stand this season.

We are looking for several good people to join our field crew for the 2019 season, with a preference for individuals with farming experience and looking to stay more than one season. Cross Street Flower Farm is growing fast, so we are looking for the right team to help us get to the next level. For the right individuals, we can be flexible with schedule, full or part-time.
