Greenhouse space is available at 794 Horseneck Road, South Dartmouth—formerly the home of Quansett Nurseries. While the nursery is no longer in business, much of the infrastructure remains and is available to rent.
This includes a 30’x100’ Connolly Bros. greenhouse with rolling benches, bottom heat, automatic roof and side venting with computer controlled horizontal air flow and heat curtain that also serves as a shade curtain. 2 Propane fueled Modine furnaces provide the heat. Water source is two wells with a combined output of over 30 gallons per minute. Next to the greenhouse is a potential packing facility and office. Loading dock also available as well as backup generator. 5-10 acres of additional production area also available.
