Request for Statements of Interest for Assignment of the Right to Purchase 70 acres of an APR in North Attleboro, MA
The Commonwealth of Massachusetts, acting through the Massachusetts Department of Agricultural Resources (“MDAR”), is the holder of an Agricultural Preservation Restriction (“APR”) with Right of First Refusal (ROFR) on 70 acres of farmland (no structures) at Ellis Street in North Attleborough, MA. The APR is recorded at the Northern Bristol County Registry of Deeds in Book 3083, Page 50. MDAR is seeking persons or entities qualified and capable of accepting an assignment of MDAR’s right to purchase the farmland for $650,000.00 and close by January 7, 2017.
