Sharing the Harvest Community Farm is looking to hire a hardworking, self-motivated individual to perform fieldwork duties at our non-profit farm at the Dartmouth YMCA. Fieldwork will be done both independently and alongside volunteers, so leadership skills are required. Individual must be hard working and willing to work in all types of weather conditions for long hours. Furthermore, the individual will work alongside our summer camp staff to educate and engage summer campers about our unique farm during a 10-week summer camp program.
